Welcome to Healthy Eats! My name is Lucia, and I’m a Dietician, registered Nutritionist and GAPS Practitioner with over 12 years’ experience in the field.
A mother of two active boys, I am an ambassador of the importance of educating people about the power of nutrition and the healing components of food.
