Healthy Eats App

Healthy Eats Selection Process

Healthy Eats App is committed to transparency and will only accept and approve the healthiest eating options available. We have a very strict approval process. The aim of our app is to provide a platform which enables our users to have full confidence in knowing that any restaurant featured on our app has been through our approval process and has the “HEALTHY EATS APP” certified healthy option certification.

Our approval process is based around our team of Nutritionist’s evaluating each menu and its sources. We then break down the offerings and go through a strict approval process, which is focused on making sure the menu consists of quality nutritional options. We are seeking quality ingredients and balanced nutrition on each plate.

Major elements to our selection process include:
1. Cooking methods
2. Oils used
3. Ingredients and how they are sourced.
4. Freshness

The menu is then broken down to a second review phase. These criterions are broken down into 8 sections;
1. Paleo
2. Sugar Free
3. Organic Coffee
4. Gaps Diet
5. Vegetarian
6. Gluten Free
7. Fresh Juices
8. Organic Food

In order to be included on the Healthy Eats App, the menu must include a specific amount of the requirement from each category.
